Members of Mt. Zion celebrated the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation on Sunday, October 15, 2017.  Starting the day off with the Mt. Zion Praise Band providing music, followed by a delicious fellowship meal, and topped by fun games, background stories and an appearance by ‘Martin Luther’ impersonator, Rev. David Newhard.  If you weren’t able to attend, here are some highlights.

Everyone was entertained by a visit with ‘Rev. Martin Luther’ aka David Newhard.  He told stories about Martin Luther’s life and how he came to decide what was wrong and why  the church needed to be ‘Reformed’.
